Delivery & Shipping Information.

Delivery is free on all order over 99€. Orders below 99€ incur a standard transit fee of 10€ to all countries within the EU.
We only ship to countries within the EU.

Orders before 2pm monday-friday (Swedish time +1) will leave the warehouse the same day.*

Shipping Service & Estimated delivery times
We use UPS Standard as shipping service.
Estimated time of delivery is 1-7 working days, depends of where to deliver within the EU.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

As soon as packaging are made you will receive an e-mail with tracking-id, when you receive that e-mail your order will be shipped that day and you are able to track the  delivery on the UPS homepage. To track your order please see below on “How do i track my order”. Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e.mail address, delivery address, cell phone number ect.

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for more information.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order on your account. Visit orders and choose track and you will be redirected to and your tracking will be visible. The easiest way to track your order extarnally  is to download “UPS Mobile” to your cell phone. Follow the instructions of how to track your order, you will be abel to follow your order all the way to your house or delivery point.
You can also visit and track your order. Select your country and follow instructions.

What happens if an order of mine is damaged?
Our shipments are insured, if you´re package is damaged when you receive it, please let the UPS driver/staff know. Then contact our customer service at [email protected]. Tell us about the damage and your order will be replaced by us. We will claim our delivery partner who´s responible for the damage. To claim damaged goods the items must be damaged, if the packaging or wrapping is damaged you will not be replaced with new items.
