Free shipping method:
USPS priority mail-  Ships within 1-3 days(could be at hub for more than 1 day) delivers within 1-3 days Trackable after leaving hub.

Express methods:
FedEx Overnight-with additional fee your package your package will arrive the following buisness day after your order has been shipped. (excluding weekend)  Trackable when picked up from shipper. Your package will arrive the following business day after your order has been shipped. If order was placed before 12pm Dallas Time, will be received the following Business day.
FedEx 2-day- With Additional fee your package will arrive in 2 business days after your order has been shipped. If your order was placed before 12pm Dallas time, it will be received 2 business days later. Required Signature can be requested when placing your order

International shipments:
DHL express- get a package anywhere in the world within 1-4 business days.  Consumer is responsible for duties and taxes. Consumer can choose broker of choice and do not have to use DHL broker. Tracking available immediately through DHL. Tracking will be visible on you Better Bodies account when order has been packed. Consumer can customize delivery time and location if needed through DHL. Valid Phone Number and Email is required for order to be shipped and for DHL to contact consumer.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?
As soon as packaging are made you will receive an e-mail with tracking-id, when you receive that e-mail your order will be shipped that day and you are able to track the  delivery on the DHL homepage on international shipments. To track your order please see below on “How do i track my order”. Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e.mail address, delivery address, cell phone number etc.

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for more information.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order on your account. Visit orders and choose track and you will be redirected to the carriers homepage and your tracking will be visible. The easiest way to track your order externally  is to download the carriers application to your mobile device. Follow the instructions of how to track your order, you will be able to follow your order all the way to your house or delivery point.
You can also visit the carriers homepage and track your order. Select your country and follow instructions.

What happens if an order of  mine is damaged?
All our shipments are insured, if your package is damaged when you receive it, please let the driver/carrier know. Then contact our customer service at [email protected] Tell us about the damage and your order will be replaced by us. We will claim our delivery partner who´s responsible for the damage. To claim damaged goods the items must be damaged, if the packaging or wrapping is damaged you will not be replaced with new items. Tracking, Missing Package, Damaged Items, Cancellations.
• Tracking will be provided on your account with the carrier that is selected. If Issues receiving tracking please contact our Support Team via email or Text (469) 626-6536.
• If needing to cancel a package immediately , text us during Office hours 8am-5pm at (469) 626-6536
• If received a damaged item, please send an image of the defective item to our support team, and we will contact you back. [email protected]
• Any missing packages, or stolen packages please contact us via text or email. If Tracking shows the package has been delivered, an investigation will be set up with the carrier. Response can take up to 24 to 48 hours
