Orders before 12pm monday-friday (UTC+1) will leave the warehouse the same day.*

Shipping Service & Estimated delivery times

Estimated time of delivery is 1-7 working days, depending on the shipping destination.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

As soon as we're done packaging your order you will receive an e-mail with tracking-id, when you receive that e-mail you will be able to track your order through the tracking-link. To track your order please see below on "How do i track my order". Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e-mail address, delivery address, cellphone number etc.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service for more information.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. Just follow the tracking link to track your order. You can also use your tracking-id to track your order on the carriers website. If you have trouble finding your shipment please contact us and we will help you.

What happens if an order of mine is damaged?

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us. Tell us about the damage and your order will be replaced by us. We will claim our delivery partner who´s responsible for the damage.
