Wholesale Sales Assistant

As a Wholesale Sales Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our growing B2B team — supporting our global network of retail partners and helping us take the next step in developing smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You’ll report directly to the Wholesale Manager, working closely across teams to make sure everything connects — from daily order management to digital development projects that strengthen our wholesale experience long-term.


It’s a hands-on role that combines structure and creativity, ideal for someone who loves both systems and relationships.

Over time, your role will naturally evolve to include tasks from both 1 and phase 2 — blending digital optimization with ongoing sales and account management responsibilities.

You’ll be part of shaping how we work, improving our systems, and strengthening long-term relationships with our wholesale partners.

First Phase

Initially, your focus will be efficiency projects such as

Wholesale Shop Development:
Take ownership of the wholesale e-commerce platform — ensuring a seamless customer journey, updated product presentation, and an overall strong user experience.

  • Merchandising:
    Merchandise our B2B assortment strategically, maximizing visibility and sales impact.

  • Automation & Communication:
    Together with the Wholesale Manager, create automated email flows and communication strategies for wholesale partners — such as onboarding, order updates, and promotional messaging.

  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and connect our internal systems more efficiently.

Second phase focus
Your focus will be on wholesale every day business 

  • Admnistraive support and account Management:

Manage and develop relationships with small- to mid sized wholesale partners — keeping them informed, supported, and growing together with us.

  • Order Processing & Coordination:
    Handle incoming orders, pre-orders, provide updates, and ensure seamless communication between Sales, Supply, and Logistics. Manage order confirmations, export documents, and shipping updates 

  • Financial Administration:
    Assist with invoicing, credit notes, and reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.

What You Bring

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills — you enjoy bringing structure to moving parts

  • Solid experience with Excel and confidence working across multiple systems (experience with Centra, GARP, or Business Central is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (additional languages such as German are a bonus)

  • A natural curiosity for digital tools, automation, and sales in general - both wholesale and e-commerce

  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded mindset — you care about getting things right and on time

Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or office-based roles is preferred

  • Experience within wholesale, retail, or sportswear / fitness brands is a strong advantage

  • Most importantly — you’re driven by purpose, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping your team and partners succeed
