Biography
Branch Warren was a teenager in West Texas when he first picked up a barbell to make his high school football team—a decision that sparked one of the most intense journeys in bodybuilding history. Once he stepped into the legendary Metroflex Gym and started training alongside icons like Ronnie Coleman, he went all in.
Now revered as one of the sport's most unrelenting forces, Branch is known for a brutally intense approach and an uncompromising work ethic. From historic early victories—becoming the first athlete to win both the Teenage Nationals and AAU Mr. America in the same year—to dominating the biggest stages with 13 IFBB Pro titles, two Arnold Classic championships, and a decade-long streak in the Mr. Olympia Top 5, his focus stayed the same. His longtime partnership with GASP was a natural match, built on a shared commitment to hardcore discipline, a no-excuses mentality, and keeping the raw, authentic roots of bodybuilding alive.
