Biography

Carlos Philbrick was born and raised in Essex, England, where he developed a strong work ethic through years of manual labor before bodybuilding became his full-time pursuit. From construction sites to working as a telecommunications engineer, he spent his days on the job while counting down the hours until he could get back in the gym. What began as a passion for training soon turned into a commitment to seeing just how far he could push his physique.

Now an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, Carlos has built his career through perseverance and an unwavering belief in continuous progress. After years of falling just short, he broke through in 2023 by winning both his heavyweight class and the overall title at a UK regional event before earning his IFBB Pro card with another overall victory in Ireland. That same year, he joined Team GASP, finding a community that reflected the mindset he had lived for years. Since making his professional debut at the Texas Pro in 2024, Carlos has continued to prove he belongs on the professional stage, driven by the belief that you're always one year of progress away from achieving something extraordinary.

"train hard, train heavy, stay brutal!"
