Lauren Lotter

Hey, I’m Lauren and I’m based in Queensbury, UK, right in the middle of Manchester and Leeds. 

Queensbury Barbell Gym has become my base, and I love participating in the meet-ups, connecting with new people all over the world, and being part of a community that feels like family. With GASP and Better Bodies, it feels like home no matter where you go. 

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I carry those roots with me and hope to share the values of ‘making the world a better place through fitness’ and spreading the incredible energy of GASP and Better Bodies across Africa too.
