Hey everyone! I’m Mitchell, based in Ilkeston — right between Nottingham and Derby in the East Midlands.

It’s a great spot with plenty of gyms nearby and some cracking local places to grab food.

I’m all about training hard, meeting new people, and being part of a community that pushes each other forward.

I also enjoy hosting events and meet-ups, bringing people together to train, hang out, and build that sense of community outside of just the gym walls.
