So each set you accomplish is just another notch in your belt. Your head is screaming, your body is yelling. You've just got to love working out and you've just got to want it for yourself. How do we maintain the energy through the workout? Its nothing but self. Self motivated to beat yourself. Beat your last set. Beat your last workout. Self motivation to become better.
