Communication and offers

As a member of Johnells Customer Club, you will receive personalized offers, information about campaigns and current bonuses sent to you. You will also receive product recommendations, invitations to any events and other necessary information for you as a member. The main communication channel is via email, text message and johnells.se, but communication may take place via other platforms and external websites such as Facebook and Instagram. Please note that bonuses are always sent via email. To change your contact information or which communication methods you wish us to use, you can easily log in to My Pages or contact customer service via the form . The personal data you provide to us when registering your membership and purchasing, such as purchase history, name, email address, telephone number, place of residence, age and gender, form the basis for the processing we carry out in order to be able to give you a personal experience of Johnells and give you personal offers and bonuses. The processing may also form the basis for the products we may purchase and which campaigns we plan. In order to be able to do this, we must collect personal data about you. This is done in connection with your registration and your purchases. The information remains in our records as long as you remain with us as an active member. If we see no activity on your membership for 36 months, the membership will be removed and your personal data will be deleted. However, information about purchases will be saved for a total of 36 months after the purchase for possible handling of complaints. The bonus is personal and can only be used by a member in any Johnells store or on Johnells.se. The minimum age for membership is 16 years. Bonuses are only given on purchases at the regular price. All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Johnells may make changes to the membership terms.

Then your online purchases are already bonus-eligible and you don't need to register again.

Validity and termination

Your membership in Johnells Customer Club is valid until further notice or until you as a member choose to terminate your membership. You can terminate your membership at any time through My Pages or by contacting customer service via form . Johnells reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of suspected abuse or 36 months of inactivity.

Terms and conditions for 10% discount on first purchase

As a member you get 10% off your first purchase. The discount is activated when you log in to My Pages with your email address. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. The discount is valid for 60 days from registration. Excluded brands: Busnel, Canada Goose, CP Company, Filippa K, GANT Footwear, Oscar Jacobson, Snoot, Stenströms, True Religion, UGG, Sand. Does not apply to purchases of gift cards or dropship products.
