Hier führt uns Ed durch einen hoch intensiven Leg Day und erklärt, detailliert, seine Aufwärmübungen, Working Sets und wie er den Tag mit einem Okklusionstraining des Beintreckers beendet. Ed wird in 3 Wochen versuchen, seinen Profi Status, beim NPC Universe zu erlangen
