Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and helping drive sales growth. You’ll work closely with our DTC Director and will work on marketing, merchandising, and operational initiatives to maintain product listings, optimize site, support campaign execution, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams on stock updates.
Support execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
Assist with site merchandising, category organization, and homepage updates.
Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor website functionality and escalate technical issues to external partners and the internal team as needed.
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all touchpoints
Work together with a high paced, entrepreneurial team to create growth
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail (apparel experience preferred but not required).
Experience platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress or similar.
Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion funnels, and digital marketing basics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with sales and inventory data.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Passion for fitness, training, or athletic apparel is a plus.
