Jonathan has genetically incredible legs and outstanding development. He is training chest and shoulders twice a week currently. His workout is as follows:
Incline dumbbell press: 3 sets x 10 – 15 reps 4th set max weight 8 – 12 reps Dropset 8 – 10 reps Rest pause same weight 8 – 10 reps
Flat hammer press: 3 sets x 10 – 12 reps (pyramided up in weight) 4th set 10 – 12 reps Drop set 10 – 12 reps
Flat dumbbell fly: 4 sets x 10 – 15 reps
