After starting with neutral grip pull-downs it went 1) Overhand gripped rows with the horizontal leg press 2) Seal rows with a barbell 3) Low cable rows 4) Selectorized rows .
The tempo is always explosive but ranges of motion differ based on the make and model of each machine hence the extreme variety.
