Joe Mackey has always had a great work ethic. He has not however always had a clear vision and direction in life with a fully developed plan to execute.
"Life can be hard. Things are always going to happen. You cant stress about things too much that you cannot control. I just applied that energy into something else that would help me decrease that stress i.e bodybuilding, lifting etc."

Mag grip wide pull downs: (pyramid up) - 4 sets x 10-15 reps (full 300lb stack final set)
T-bar rows: (pyramid up) - 4 warm ups- 2,4,6,8 plates final set at 10 plates x 5 reps
Rack pulls: 3 sets x 10 reps
Behind the neck pulldowns: 4 sets x 10 - 15 reps
Prime row: 4 sets x 10 - 15 reps
