10/10 training today with zero noice. Been testing out ear plugs during todays session, and it was amazing. Something new I’ll surely keep on doing during my sessions from here on. 🧘‍♂️ Progress everywhere. Especially RDLs were feeling amazing with 2 times 12 reps and spot on execution! As a first quick review on training with earplugs: I feel like I can get even more into my zone during a set and literally block everything out. Training is always a form of meditation for me and this way even more so. Always willing to try some new things out and seeing how that goes.
