With intent your best can always get better! Each season I compare notes and pics to see what I have achieved and where I need to make improvements. 3 things I focus on to improve each season and these may change from year to year. Here are my focuses this year. 1 - Extremely thoughtful intent. What I mean by this is mindset with the approach of each day. Mind to muscle connection during each lift. Replacing going through the motions with 💯 perfect execution. With business - well thought out and ahead of the process leadership. 2 - Intensity - for me I need to work on controlling intensity. What I mean by this is in work and lifting I am super intense most times yet occasionally need to improve on the consistency with my intensity. During work - controlled intensity pushed in the proper direction and then also pulling back when back home and around loved ones. 3 - when something works - don’t change it! But that doesn’t mean one can’t continue to improve on that specific task or movement. Looking at the progress month over month from last season and continuing that progression - requires more focus, accountability, consistency and hard work than the previous year.
