These are XL and when I first bought these they had a loose fit. Here is something to keep in mind for those beginning on a fitness journey. 1. Results don’t come right away,don’t get discouraged. 2. Stick a plan that works for you. Not all diet or exercises work the same for everyone. 3. Coaches/ trainers. When looking for one make sure they will guide you and show you the proper diet/ exercise regimens.
