Fit: Regular
Length: Regular Length and Long Length
Material: Mid weight cotton/polyester blend slub fabric, 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester

GASP Sweatpants are built for serious weightlifting and everyday comfort, designed for athletes who live the bodybuilding lifestyle both in and out of the gym.

Made from a midweight cotton-polyester slub blend, these bodybuilding sweatpants are garment-washed for a soft, broken-in feel. The regular fit and straight leg cut, combined with the absence of outer side seams, give you maximum comfort and freedom of movement.

An elastic waistband with adjustable drawstring ensures a secure fit while zippered front pockets offer secure storage without adding bulk. Finished with a bold GASP print down the leg, they deliver that classic, no-compromise GASP look.

Available in regular and long lengths, these are a staple in any serious lifter’s gym wardrobe.

More wide than tall and think that GASP pants are too long?
Now we have news for you with the introduction of Regular fit as another size set for those of you that are more wide than you are tall. We call the size regular “R” and with S to XXL in this regular length we can now make each size a bit more “normal” in length, that’s why we call the new size Regular (R). We made the new size to be able to have a more suitable length for people that pull a bigger size but don’t need the extra length. Expect the “Regular” length to have around 5 cm/2 inches shorter inseam than many of our other GASP pants.

Regular Length Inseam
S = 70 cm, M = 72 cm, L = 74 cm, XL = 76 cm, XXL = 78 cm, 3XL = 78 cm
S = 27.5", M = 28", L = 29", XL = 30", XXL = 30.5", 3XL = 31.5"

Long Length Inseam
S = 79 cm, M = 81 cm, L = 83 cm, XL = 85 cm, XXL = 87 cm, 3XL = 78 cm
S = 31", M = 32", L = 32.5", XL = 33.5”, XXL = 34", 3XL = 34"

5kg above stage weight after almost 6 weeks post prep! I like that look honestly, feeling super full and most importantly having a physique again that is able to progress. I truly never struggled with letting go of the shreds - holding onto it would just sabotage my goal of getting better and bringing something totally new on stage next time again. IMO there is no way to progress or put new muscle tissue on if the body still doesn’t feel safe again. And this can only happen with adding back on bodyfat (still in an controlled manner - it’s no excuse to rush it) because it’s always a mix of also a long time eating enough. A fine line and it’s never going 100% perfect and according to plan as well. I do believe same as prepping, experience is a huge thing here as well and it gets more efficient each time doing it. Session went very well! Not at my 100%, since sleep was a bit all over the place with new years, travel and so on. But now it’s time to also get back to my old man’s sleep routine 😂🙌 the more advanced you get, the more things have to be locked down and "boring" in order to progress.. while still planning breaks and ease off phases in as well. - Shoulder Width Straight Bar Pulldown: 1 x 180 x 9 Shoulder Width Straight Bar Pulldown: 2 x 220 x partials with 30-40% more load HS neutralish chest press: 80 x 12,9,8 DB Low Incline Press(Try Rowing Station So Feet Can Be Straight): 30 x 11,10,9 Shortened Bias Biceps: 20 x 26,20 10 x 15 Lengthened Bias Biceps (Myo reps to 30): 7.5 x 12,5,4,4,3,2 and partials Between Legs Cable Lateral Raise (Myo reps to 30): 20 x 13,4,4,4,3,2 and partials #team3dmj #gasp #naturalbodybuilding #offseason #wnbf #wnbfpro #traininglog #musclefactorybkk officialgasp - DIRK (15% off) officialbetterbodies - DIRK (15% off) For online coaching enquiries follow the link in my bio 👊

📸: cmyvision_ Grit. Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands. Just because it's difficult, doesn't mean it's impossible. Change is difficult, in any manner. Breaking cycles and habits that are so deeply woven into the programming of your character is no easy task. Want to know a sure fire way to make that easier? Don't make it about you. Make it about serving a higher purpose for God or for your loved ones. I'm not saying don't change for yourself, I'm saying that you need a deeper meaning behind your WHY that keeps you disciplined and pushing on when things get difficult or inconvenient. Not every day or every situation can be perfect, so have grace and roll with the punches, but BY NO MEANS let off the gas. You're either getting better or getting worse and your adherence to your already set intentions makes all the difference. There will always be that voice in the back of your head telling you to take the easy way out ... That's your flesh trying to run the show and slow your elevation down. Give up your expectations of how difficult something worth pursuing is going to be, then give your control and have faith in God and your work ethic to make it happen. Even if you fail putting your best foot forward, with God in control you will find an even better blessing on the other side because that is his will. What are you procrastinating on? What are you avoiding? Cut out the noise and listen to your soul/spirit and chase after what it's longing for. 2025 will be a transformative year for you if you yearn to fill your soul with positivity and growth. You choose your hard- would you rather live with the difficulty of not meeting your dreams or would you want to make your reality so amazing that you never want to numb or escape it? It's your choice. Supps 💊 by titannutrition link in bio! Final 2 sessions in koh Tao done ✔️ mixed both training day clips into one carousel. Earlier than usual sessions to avoid the rush hour, paid off haha. Legit waking up, doing a morning meditation, drinking a shake then my pre and going to the gym. Usually I prefer going to the gym 2-3 hours after waking up (just feeling more focused that way), but this still worked quite well Can’t wait getting back training at my usual playground in Bangkok come Thursday. From here on I’ll switch it more on again focus and intensity wise each session. Post prep it’s key for me to do it gradually, to let the systems recover first and therefore being able to tolerate that kind of stress again and adapting to it. It can be quite easy to try to rush the recovery process and going hardcore in the gym again post prep (especially if the placings etc weren’t what you wished to be) - however, as I let fat loss mostly come to me during prep I’ll also let recovery come to me, and not chase it. Thinking long term always, and knowing what will bring me the best results in the long run 🤝 this holiday was great, but I really can’t wait getting back at it again (which is always the purpose of a holiday/deload, right 😁) Logging starts from Thursday again as well! 📖 #team3dmj #gasp #naturalbodybuilding #offseason #wnbf #wnbfpro #traininglog #kohtao officialgasp - DIRK (15% off) officialbetterbodies - DIRK (15% off)

Vilken fas trivs ni bäst i? Kommentera!🏆 DM:a för online coaching officialgasp ”KIMPI” officialbetterbodies ”KIMPI” ssnutrition.se ”KIMPI” biolabshop.worldwide ”KIMPI” prozis ”KIMPI”
