Boring post about my innovation bachelor and MENTAL HEALTH. Last week was a bumby ride - Everything started great: I became an ambassador for officialgasp . Yaay ☺️ And then everything started - I had a major crash in mental health start of last week - quousteion myself and thought I have biten over more what I could chew. Writing a innovation project which I see as a pilotstudy alone is really stressful! But writing it alone is another... I feel guilt in I can't workout as I want to. I sleep bad and so on. But then I trying to remember myself - this is like my little child! I really hope this works + this is the last project I do before I become a officiel nurse. And that in it self is huge, so yeah I don't workout as much I want to, but I workout what I can do! And this is why I love to be an ambassador for officialbetterbodies and officialgasp ! The support you get around and yeah your workout is your life style, buuuut education is even more important!
