Never stop learning, I am always the one pushing my clients and friends to break pleatues in training. This weekend I was pushed to another level of intensity by si_fan ultimate_fitness_brm , We trained back one day and legs another day, two big muscles back to back. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I enjoy brutal sessions like these to break my own pleatue of training which also pushes my mental limits and gets me out of my own comfort zone. After a long long time I was so close to puking and dying during the training session which felt really good after the session. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There is a lot more to training than just lifting heavy weights.
