Epic upper body session
The momentum build up continues and 5 more weeks left of the current meso before turning things even more up
Progress right now is just coming to me at a fast pace and I am enjoying that. Getting 1-2 more reps in week by week is awesome. I know it won’t be like that all off season and a big contributor to that is also the post prep weight gain. That’s why gaining weight way too fast all off season might make progress happen "faster" but it’s at the expense of a big clean up long term, potential digestive issues and lots of the progress doesn’t really come from new added muscle tissue and more so from just being heavier.
Sleep routine is also greatly in place again. Going to bed at around 9-10pm and waking up at 6-7am. Early gym sessions also been great, getting into the habit now, so I can avoid the super hot mid day hours come Thai summer 😂
Bodyweight in the 70-71kg range, and calories at 2800-3000, more so leaning towards 2800 though. Protein at 190-210. Carbs and fats wherever they land.
