First leg day post show was everything I wanted it to be. I’ve missed those killer sessions with bbarrow91 - feels like all I’ve been doing is lighter leg training sessions for so long peaking for 3 shows back to back… AND to top it off, brickwall_media filmed this one for my YouTube so y’all will get to see it! Hard training IS my why. It’s what started all this and what I fell in love with from the start. That’s why I’m a bodybuilder - because I loved training first. Getting some energy back and feeling like myself again has been amazing. Going to thoroughly enjoy this off season getting strong again and adding size where it’s needed. The fun is in the improvement!!
