Hunter Labrada and Bryan Troianello make the trip to Orlando, Florida for Liv Roth's pro debut. With them being on prep, they want to keep as many variables to the prep ie nutrition, cardio, sleep and training, the same as back at home. So they rent an air bnb and train every day at Iron Religion where they have a full line of Prime equipment.

Hunter is 3 weeks out from the Chicago pro here and Bryan is about 6 weeks out from his competition. They spell out how they change up the routines to fit every thing that is crucial for their own preps while on the road.

In addition to Liv Roth making her pro debut, Hunter and Lee also spoke at the Meet the Olympians seminar with John Hansen. There were some great stories from Lee, awesome questions from john Hansen and great take away message from Hunter on locking into your goals and not budging for anything that seems popular at the time.

A little over two weeks till Joe Mackey takes the stage at the 2021 Chicago IFBB Pro.

"This prep is definitely the biggest I've been. I know competitions aren't about weight, but let's keep it real guys, size does matter -- size and conditioning...it's the biggest, leanest, hardest I've ever been. Sitting at 280, 285 fluctuated, with low food and two hours of cardio a day."

"It's weird because last time we were all here, it was the Olympia, I wasn't competing. I was doing everything for Hunter. I told Hunter, I feel like you're competing but I have to. So I guess i am going to do my pro debut. I'm going to do it."

It's been a long time coming so to speak for Liv Roth. In just her 3rd competition she is doing her pro debut. Last year her body was fighting her because of several variables that were tough to control.

Now we are back in Houston, Texas and Orlando, Florida in this video as Liv prepares to step on the professional stage for the first time.

Bryan Troianello is super happy with how hard she worked to get to where she is. "She woke up this morning looking the best she's looked for her pro debut."

Liv is set to take the stage with Ivana this Saturday with a massive Europa Orlando crowd. Definitely out of my comfort zone" but as we all know, that is where you GROW!

We usually refer to anything out of the ordinary as "crazy." Anything that is NOT what MOST people do usually elicits a side ways glance and is categorized as weird/crazy and even stupid.

Anything worth achieving on a world class level is. Period.

Brett Wilkin who is preparing for the Chicago pro and Martin Fitzwater who is preparing for the Texas pro want to be the absolute best in the world. So this goes without saying that THEY ARE CRAZY in their approach to do just that.

Welcome to the Gasp and Better Bodies family Tony Taveras. Tony has recently been invited to The Arnold Classic and is set to compete at this year's Olympia after taking the win and qualifying at the Dallas Europa.

We sat down with Tony to get an in depth interview to see how he feels physically and mentally 48 hours out from stepping on the stage at the Dallas Europa.

"If you want to dominate the singles scene you do singles. Thats what we are doing today."

Jon Irizarry and Josh Bryant linked up for a 12 week bench press program to initially break the 500lb mark. They far exceeded that quickly into the program and decided to push as far past that 500lb mark as possible.

Coming in for this max lift Jon did have issues with nerves but that adrenaline rush and pushing limits is like cake to a fat kid, he can't get enough of it.

Jon and Josh reflect on the whole 12 weeks and how they had to actively alter certain movements and other variables to garner a better result. They also delve into the mental aspect and the benefits of having someone like Josh in your corner as the training specialist but also as the voice of reason and knowing when to go ape shit and push and when to back off.

Jon ended up hitting a massive personal record of 570lb.

When we hit the road you only have a brief moment to see if you want to test yourself and jump in with the likes of Branch Warren whom along with Johnnie Jackson is one of the original TRAIN INSANE bodybuilders.

Ben Chow happened to decide to train legs with Branch Warren when we hit up the House of Gainz in Georgetown, Texas which is about 20 minutes north of Austin.

For those of you who know wad follow Ben Chow, he does not shy away from heavy weights. In fact he has been known to lift some world class poundages when it comes to bodybuilders.

"It was not the weight that was killing me. It was the pace and the volume combined with intensifiers."

Fair warning that this video has a lot of shaky and off frame footage given the fact that we all had to part take in the stripping of plates for the drop set on the leg press. So the cameras went to the floor and back up again to continue the drop set.

Ben jumped at the chance to train legs with Branch Warren, survived and didn't quit and went on the rest of the Austin tour. Stay tuned for more from in and around the Texas capital including a lot more epic gym visits.

The Most Volume I've Ever Done: Ben Chow Trains Legs with Branch Warren

Keone Pearson and Ben Chow got nasty at Gym One, located in Austin, Texas, with a very powerful chest workout. It was supposed to be their rest day, but the two dug deep and brought the energy. At the time of filming, Keone was 6 weeks out from his show at the Chicago Pro and Ben was 8 weeks out from his show at the Phoenix Europa.

"It's an environment people wish to be apart of every day...you can only get better, you can't get worse being around that type of group and that type of energy. We feed off each other and I think that's how it should be."

Jay Marcus found our community and very quickly there after our community found him. The core values that we stand for were already applied in Jay's life and in and around his profession as a barber. He not only provides a great service but is a wholesome and legit great guy.

"March 20th made 20 years of cutting hair. Having an artistic mind, it developed into a passion. If you provide a good service and you're a good person, people naturally gravitate toward you. What you give out is what you get back."

Being a part of the community, Jay was not immune to the draw of the bodybuilding process and competitive stage. Here in this video Jay was a few days out from his first contest.

"Honestly bodybuilding provided me with an outlet for everyday life. Bodybuilding allows me to express that aggressive side of me, that passion for life period."

The takeaways here in this video are right in line with what we love and stand for. You will always get back what you put in. Respect yourself and others and put in to anything what you want out of it.

No excuses and no compromises are alive and well with Jay and his thriving business, family and reception from the community is proof of all that.

Community Spotlight: Jay Marcus - The Bodybuilding Barber

Y'all asked for it! Johnnie Jackson and Keone Pearson link up finally and train chest. Keone is 8 weeks out from "repeat" victories at the Chicago pro.

"After discovering GASP on youtube, Johnnie and Branch were the inspiration to how I train."

Johnnie Jackson is revving up the competitive engine again for a powerlifting meet coming up in October hence the addition of the bench press and floor presses to this training session. Keone is bigger than ever heading into his second run at the Chicago pro and another Olympia qualification.
